I would be more interested to know when these smaller HF's who are short NWBO will cash out? What price is a good covering price? or are they all-in for bankruptcy? I am thinking that they feel they are currently covered by MM's trying to keep the SP down because of the lawsuit, but the MM's are practically free after news comes out that would normally move up the share price of a company. At that time, they don't have to worry about spoofing and shorting as that is a superceeding event that was not previously in the public forum. The movement of the SP after such an event should have a diminished influence on the damage element of the lawsuit. JMHO
