But JUST LIKE IT SAYS, they sold the SERVICING RIGHTS ONLY just like JPM only got servicing rights BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
THEY do not own the loans not reap the principle payment or interest payments in them

I have alwasy contended that WMIH/COOP would get the servicing rights form day one, why not help out a family member, but they don't get the goodies just servicing $$$$$
