What most don’t realize, it’s not a matter of IF the mine will happen, it’s a matter of WHEN. Eventually, maybe after our lifetime, the minerals in that ground will be extracted… advanced technology has never come out of thin air. Au contraire … more rare earth minerals will always be needed in more and more amounts. Eventually, the needs will overtake the wants.
