You would think that NASDAQ, which is not supposed to be the OTC type world, would consider this a deceptive practice.
The did file with the SEC the closing, but still no mention of what is on their company website.
I guess they will claim that they had made a Public Announcement.
Anyway, took my little ass whipping on that last move to 2.80's and move on. But will be fun to watch the rest unfold.
