I use FINVIZ screener,lots of fine tune settings that I use are relative vol,float/o/s ,not shortable and not optionable,insiders,profitable,moving aves for golden cross,country(China when hot) ,usually I end up with only 3-7 tickers to pick a trade from and often I am in before most ppl,check it out,try different settings,it’s the best I have found in 30 years and it’s free!!
