Those "unusual trades" are another tip of the iceberg.

In the early days of the Iraq War a gigantic storm blew in beause of $600 mm no bid contract that Halliburton got. A littl eknown fact is that there wer 5 other large No Bid contracts. One o fthem was a $600mm no bid contract to a company owned by Richard Blum, Feinstein's late husband, ( Blum died in Feb, 2022, of cancer.)

During the early days of the War, Blum owned companies got even more Government contracts. They amounted to hundreds of million dollars.
