Juries are also taking center stage where highly publicized trials are taking place. Juries will have no trouble pointing fingers at things they may not fully understand but are obviously working against them which is what high speed trading with spoofing is all about and can be understood as a tool to work the price of a targeted stock along with a cover tool like a hit piece that tries to make a successful trial look bad which the defense claims makes their moves legitimate. That’s not difficult to see through or come to a swift conclusion about especially when the targeted company is trying to get a safe treatment with significant benefit to replace the poisoning of the immune system.
