They should go for a settlement ASAP. No reason for more dilution if it can be avoided with a large cash infusion. That’s the business reason. The standing on a soap box reason is a different argument.

CrashOverride,

Another point to consider is that the courts and criminal justice system are being looked at carefully now by many since Donald Trump and Hunter Biden are both in the news. Juries are also taking center stage where highly publicized trials are taking place. Juries will have no trouble pointing fingers at things they may not fully understand but are obviously working against them which is what high speed trading with spoofing is all about and can be understood as a tool to work the price of a targeted stock along with a cover tool like a hit piece that tries to make a successful trial look bad which the defense claims makes their moves legitimate. That’s not difficult to see through or come to a swift conclusion about especially when the targeted company is trying to get a safe treatment with significant benefit to replace the poisoning of the immune system. Best wishes.

Again with the whistleblower hail Mary. As far as NY juries being against big business, since when? You keep stating things as if they are a foregone conclusion. I just watched Pepsi harrier jet documentary. Pepsi wanted case in NY. Slam dunk for plaintiffs, wrong. Judge said no jury and dismissed case giving Pepsi the win. I never thought SP would dip this low again. And crickets from nwbo. I guess time for another meeting. Playing chess, give me a break.
