conix, As per norm you thought wrong. No one said it was all over. Fact is rightly or wrongly the Trump appointed judge (not casting any aspersion on her at this stage, just a fact) decided she couldn't accept the plea as it stood. I didn't know anything about it until a few hours ago. And have not read more than the one article on it.

Now, again you put up another strawman in the first part of your

I haven't read any here say they knew for your "CERTAIN" Joe didn't know anything about his son's business. He has said he hasn't spoken with Hunter about it, but he could there have meant he hadn't spoken about any specifics. It's always been hard to believe he didn't know anything about it. He would read newspapers too. He would know what false accusations you dirt-mongers were saying about him.

Also, you fraud, all here and every commentator i have read on this accepts full well that Hunter did peddle influence. Yet you say it as no Biden supporter has accepted that. On that point it's only the difference between the gains Trump's family has made by him being president and Hunter which have been said.

You could never be more wrongheaded on that particular point.

geesh, you are so full of shit. The judge did not like the way the agreement was written so she told the two sides to rewrite it in more specific terms and come back to her when they are ready. The plea agreement will still get done.

One point specifically was that they wanted the judge to take control of Hunter's supervision period on the weapons charge. She said that was not her job and asked why they would suggest such a thing. Both prosecution and defense stated that they were afraid that if the orange taintwaffle was elected, he would try to burn up the probation agreement and throw Hunter in jail for no other reason than spite.

The judge agreed with them and said she's seen the former president's comments but she still couldn't agree to that deal so they have to go back in and offer some kind of immunity for Hunter that didn't involve her. As I said before, I wouldn't be surprised if they threw out the weapons charge altogether but either way they need to figure something out.

The rest was semantics and what Hunter was actually pleading to, which was too vague for the judge to accept. They'll probably have something cobbled together in the next couple weeks. Both sides want to get this deal done and move on....

Now as far as your fantasies about multiple felonies involving Joe, that's just more bullshit on your part. Weiss said the only thing under further investigation is if Hunter was acting as an unregistered foreign agent which is a felony but I don't know anything about what all that entails, so I won't comment on what I don't know, unlike you.

Please stop with your nonsense because you are not helping anyone here by serving up your platters of horseshit with no context aside from what's in your pea sized MAGA brain.

It has been how many years, just how long does it take for the Republicans to come up with something. It was easy for the democrats to come up with so many actual indictments against trump, but the you did vote for him twice knowing full well how crooked he was. Guess what, Hunter was never in government, he is a private citizen. Republicans going after private American citizens, paid for by trump associates. Damn this sure is fun.
