The PPS was at ALL-TIME high some days ago and you are saying the buybacks did not help the PPS?!? But I agree with you that paying dividends would help even more...

I wish they would instead issue dividends. There is no clear evidence of buybacks helping the pps. Seems like COOP throwing a lot of money down the drain.

I believe that they are buying up as many shares as possible, just before announcing that dividends are on the way. Then the stock will double in price.
