Boom! Navy commodore and Berkowitz repeat the same catchy phrase.
Spotted thanks to this comment from another envoy, Robert from Yahoo bd: "Fairholme’s conclusion is best and worth repeating here:

repaid the Treasury in full, plus interest"

FnF pay dividends on SPS, not interests.
- Restricted when FnF are undercapitalized.
- Paid out of legally available funds for distribution. None with deficit in their Retained Earnings accounts all along.
Then, the capital distributions that have existed (phony dividends and gifted SPS nowadays), have been applied towards the exceptions to the aforementioned restriction:
-Reduction of SPS (FHEFSSA)
-For their recapitalization (CFR 1237.12)
The rate on SPS for this trick, can be infinite with the 2nd UST backup inserted in the Charter Act by HERA, sponsored by Pelosi and that Calabria helped to draft. So, the PA wasn't improperly amended with the 3rd amendment, as the woman in charge of reporting from the Lamberth's court (Katie) repeats in each tweet to make it another catchy phrase. A NWS dividend is the fastest gear for this plan of deception, as the 10% dividend prompted losses and more draws from Treasury and SPS. A circular flow (cash interchange) that just reduced the funding commitment and swelled the SPSs in the enterprises.
Later, for the cumulative dividend, it's been recovered their original "special borrowing right from Treasury" (SCOTUS-appointed amicus), a UST backup at rates similar to Treasuries. This cumulative dividend is netted out with the amount the Treasury Department owes to FnF in interests on the $151 billion due.
There you are, the Separate Account Management.

Please, Navy cmdr, write more catchy phrases that you make up, like calling their Net Worth "cash reserves" or "equity cash". Their Loan Loss Reserve, "Retained Capital".
You can call all the financial concepts whatever you want. This is a cattle market with cash accounting and where no laws apply.
