That_FAQ_is_not_the_same_as_Financials.

FUNN is REQUIRED to report liens, lawsuits, and itemize the actual payment in its unaudited financials.

Just like how FUNN is REQUIRED to report PPP Loan forgiveness as "other income".

Please show the FYE or quarterly financial where it itemizes that Flat Rock was actually paid.
