7-25: We now KNOW NewEgg! Well then, what do we know now?

We’re you able to get out with only a $30K loss, or is it now closer to $50K?

Okay I posted this on SRMX discord 7/22/2023 and would like some feedback please (Below is IMO)

My first question is where SRMX received the capital for the current 5,000 dongle purchase for ecommerce (we now know newegg)? This is not a PO so CIT group would not fund under accounts receivable factoring structure deal.

5000 x $80 (IMO off of retail price)= $400,000, where did SRMX receive these funds to purchase? I am betting it is Wen Shone. The only reason Wen Shone would continue to invest, IMO is that there is already a PO from Best Buy and he knows he is going to get paid. (we now know newegg)

Here is my honest opinion and hope. They have already worked out a deal with Best buy for the additional 25k units to hit store by end of August.(IMO I still believe this was their plan all along) Best Buy will send SRMX a PO for the dongle (payment terms will most likely be net 90.) SRMX will then sale the PO/Invoice to CIT group to receive the funds necessary to manufacture and deliver the 25k dongles. Being I am unsure what the deal is with CIT group, it could be CIT only pay's the necessary funds to deliver and manufacture the dongle (2mil) and will pay SRMX remainder after they get paid the full invoice from Best buy (4 mil) - interest. (IMO most likely scenario) If this is the case interest could be between 0.5% to 4% per month. Let's be positive and say .5% being it is best buy and CIT group knows they are going to be paid.

Now obviously best buy will not purchase at retail, but most likely around ($160 to $180 if landed cost is $80) to resale in stores at $350. Giving them the margins needed.

Sold to Best buy at - 25,000 units x $160 = $4,000,000
SRMX landed cost per dongle - 25,000 x $80= 2,000,000
Minus .05% interest over 90 days, -$30,000
Netting Tri Cascade - $1,970,000 in profit.

The reason I think this is because Wen Shone was Taiwan's national manager and vp's of several tech companies. I do not believe he would continue to throw money away unless he knew he was getting paid back. Just My opinion.

Also, Prior to the dongle being released on ecommerce there were signs, I did not take seriously until now.

This was posted on SRMX website early 2023.

And this was on February 15th. There was no mention of ecommerce prior. I think their plan all along was to sell to best buy utilizing CIT group. But seems they received capital prior to release via ecommerce (We now know the additional units were sold to Newegg)

Also, Why I think they are slow rolling the marketing. They are waiting till VOS is in Best Buy to launch their full marketing campaign. After receiving the necessary funds to do so
