all party members agrees and that's final, paper signed loan is done because the money should already be ready on hand to go once the deal is done. no need to wait for this "closing". isn't the loan is from phil/Henry for Saigon and not Saigon to phil/Henry as Saigon is building their silicon valley. isn't Henry the investor? think about it. what is Henry waiting for about this Closing if he is just the investor.

Substantial experience in the 100 million plus world. PHIL is a very rare opportunity to make substantial returns at this price point. Bashers would make far more money just buying the stock. IMO GLTA and for Henry God Bless
