why not just read the GSA to assuage your feelings about the demise of WAMU..?..... all involved in the cross complaints agreed to absolve each other from wrongdoing for a settlement of 6.5 billion dollars to WMI... and JPMC got 650 million for the bogus MBS they got from the Receivership... WMI absolved with releases both the FDIC-R and JPMC to get its settlement of 6.5 billion dollars back FROM THEIR OWN MONEY!!!!!!!, which was released to them after they signed releases...
