if an application for a novel cell therapy product like DCVax, that has been through a phase III trial with several hundred patients, and many years of manufacturing development, contained 2M pages. I think the page count went up considerably, when the manufacturing data that Advent was tasked with, was added sometime this spring.

My response to someone else applies here too:
Even granting what you say, that does not explain 27 modules. If for these more complex situations the number of pages may swell, the number of modules should not change. Thus a particular module may have MANY more pages to better explain the novel situation, the number of module need not change. So we still need to understand what the 27 modules comprise of.
