Well as long as we agree that if not a ‘gift’, then obtaining those shares is completely risk free to Missling or anyone acquiring incentive shares in a cashless transaction - we have got somewhere.

If we can also agree that Missling going through with that cashless acquisition of $AVXL share has no WGT signal value (it was a predetermined event to occur no later than the date it did), so an information neutral occurrence, then we are completely aligned with no spin.

Some then infer that it was in fact a WGT signal, since Missling had the option to instead start selling all his $AVXL shares, but haven’t sold any. You know just as he could have decided to have fish for lunch and a haircut after. Then I’m assuming that any simpleton with some experience of such matters will consider that WGT signal idea ridiculous.
