The stock and options you buy and sell I assume you pay out own pocket to cover the purchase price or premium? Or do you have have Anavex or someone else to help you with cashless transactions?

Missling’s choices were:
1. Forfeit the option exercise - silly
2. Do cashless transactions and take what’s left for free
3. Spent out of pocket to exercise and keep all the underlying shares of his grant

He chose 2 as it was risk free and FOC.

So you are saying that the options I buy and then sell for a profit, that if I use that profit to acquire shares I didn't buy those shares?

yes....if he had dug into his pocket like Sanford, he would be a buyer
