Just an opinion. He has tons of shares along with his wife and pretty sure he would not step aside. One of his favourite shareholders stated Glenn was a “consultant” only. But recently he was named interim CEO only to get the CTO LIFTED but by the time that was stated internal paperwork showed he was not n charge. He did tell “Casey” he was cancelling the shares if Berry and Keith and was less than happy with their services. He had some less than kind words to say. He pumped Todora. The funniest bit was a shareholder mentioned they were going on the Nasdaq before any announcement from Atacama then Glenn picked up that thread and stated Nasdaq in 2020! You can't make this shit up you can only document it all. Funny how somevsharehders go off on critics but never address the issues like Todora. That is when you know you have in the bullseye.

We paid the fee and saw Atacama during this time registered as an Alberta corporation with Glenn Grant as the only named director with his Alberta address during the whole time Berry and Keith did nothing. He never amended it and now he does not have to. You can do the same by checking the Alberta corporate registry.
