ReikoBlack.....I have asked ron numerous times to substantiate his outrageous post to no avail, probably because he has me on ignore.....However, I googled his assertion and nothing shows up as to any RICO awarded to WMI by either FDIC, or JPM Chase....certainly this 309 billion dollar RICO award would have been picked up by financial newswires, or law websites, and released to the public....at the very least their would have been a congressional investigation of why the FDIC was being sued for RICO in the matter of the Takeover over WAMU in the first place...there was a congressional investigation of the demise of WAMU as I recall, and no mention of RICO was brought forth to the committee investigating the matter.......I have asked someone on the board who has access to BARD to make a thorough search of rons assertion to conclude the matter as being true, or false...at this time, IMO, his claim that WMI receiving 309 billion dollar award for RICO charges is false...
