$GVSI is an Alt Filing OTC Pink Current Ticker. The Form 15 filed in 2013, relieved the Ticker of it's SEC duties.

Lanham and Cutler didn't file anything with Edgar or the OTC. NOTHING!
And they tried to do a merger. That's why it was shut down by FINRA

They didn't post one filing to Edgar or the OTC!! They knew nothing about the process!

Rolling back the Ticker to Good Vibrations Shoes at the State level, from Inca Hemp as an OTC Alt Filing Ticker, now allows them to do FINRA corporate actions as an OTC Alt Filing Ticker without the constraints of the past SEC filings. End of story!

You do realise they, Cutler and Lanham, were trying to do multiple corporate actions, without even filing ONE filing with the SEC after the Form 15 was posted in 2013. Like seriously. HAHAHAHA Not to mention all the other mistakes they made.

If you can show me a Lanham, Cutler filing that would have brought the ticker up to date for a Corporate action, then I'd shut up. But they cant' show it or prove it. So here we are!
