The underlying problem of the 6 years of missing financials was not dismissed.

Unless it was somehow dealt with in "the agreement". That would most certainly need to be announced by George though. And it was not.

Is he incompetent? Is he hiding information against his fiduciary duties as CEO? Or was the agreement actually just something trivial?
