Fully disagree.

1) see former sticky post by me on a legit comparable analysis of ERHC'S asset value compared to the value ascribed to the same asset types held by Oranto to be $3 billion.

2) $3 billion divided by 3 billion shares fair values ERHC's share price at $1 a share.

3) TTE currently trades at approx $60 bucks.

4) Hence you get 1 share of TTE for every 60 shares of ERHE you own.

BUT! The short squeeze effect could be much better than that... perhaps 10x or even 100x that amount.
