What narrative? The longs are literally the only reasonable sounding people on here. There is nothing unreasonable or illogical about acknowledging that the OTC is a highly risky and speculative game, but that long dormant and/or defunct tickers DO repeatedly spring to life over time. It happens all the time. These opportunities can be extremely lucrative if you have the patience to build or hold a large position. Everyone outside of the bitter fun police knows this.
