Correct, the Doreen Logan email has long been debunked. Manufactured email by someone and supposedly to CWG. Completely FALSE.

The FAKE email was intended to have the remaining retail loose hope and move on, but once AZ made the phone call we all knew the truth. Things that just make me think... "What a desperate group of bashers"...

Pickstocks...all of these so called pro -money return artists cannot back up any assertions that they make ...they constantly try to weasel out when asked for a simple act of proof...none have been correct in their assessments starting from the "big cheeses" on down to the wanna bees....I can assure everyone waiting for money on this message board that WMIH will not make a single penny in additional recovery, other than what they were obliged to make to equity, by the efforts of Willingham and Susman WITHOUT A CONTRACTUAL CLAUSE TO WRITTEN IN THE OFFICIAL CHAPTER 11 CLOSING DOCUMENT.....there is no other language written for recovery outside the chapter 11 document, which states "further claims for classes 19, and 22 are impaired"....all that is being discussed here for all these years is "the the losing score for a game that ended years ago"...Lodas
