Swamp Boy, why would you ask that question? do you not know what non-binding means? nothing has been agreed upon or signed, so in essence there is no deal as of yet. The clock is ticking, and time is running out for Saga to come up with the right deal to sign. October 23rd will be here before you know it. If nothing is signed by then... it's over and ENZC will be right where they stared before SAGA came into the picture.

As the deal currently stands, no. The dividend is set at $10. If it’s over $10, you don’t get more or less shares.

If it’s under $10, that’s where the make whole provision kicks in and you’d get more shares.
