it wasn't about saving on the taxes.

It was about a small company in Cali that had to add a board member. and Judicial Watch took it to court v, and left us wondering the proposed changes, TSOI decided to change their HQ physical address because of this BS . get a clue traders. Cali still can't get a bullet train done, while the high speed train to Vegas leaves sooner.
what a lot of Bubble BS the Cali legislature keeps doin , while the other train leaves for the station in Vegas.

Just checked again, In Idaho TSOI's supposed CorporateHQ appears they are not listed

while also not updating Nevada SOS that they have moved Nor does it appear Cali SOS was also not updated, so saving on those supposed taxes would not be happening
