hyperopia, are you suggesting that the 10x more potent DCs NWBO is talking about that were used to produce DCVax-Direct is actually the addition of Poly-ICLC? or do you think this 10x potency is in addition to Poly-ICLC?
Thanks for another great, well-thought-through and researched post.
Also, if anyone has the patent URL for the hyperactive DCs please post it again. I'd like to read it.

Hyperopia - Great stuff. Either way one chooses to describe DCVAX at a macro or micro level, it's clear to say, that we have in DCVAX a very highly sophisticated treatment modality, as there is, with room to further evolve, manufacturing platform. Yet, it's somehow a complete mystery, as to why the application process hasn't moved along quite like other unremarkable drugs.
