Lol, yeh right it ain't over until the 22 Million are bought back, Just wait until a Partnership “with Benefits” seed that I planted sprouts. As info “with Benefits” stand for dividends in venture formed to develop one of the many uses. 22 Million shares if you guys buy back 100k per day that is 220 days, Lol there are only 250 trading days in a friggin year..

Agreed they borrow shares and sell them, push additional shares into the market but they will need to be returned, as soon as they cut off the extra supply it pops up due to new investors. It is what it is, like I’ve said 100 times when they buy back those shares someone is going to lose their shirt.

As for the news today, Just so everyone understands the game, it is standard operating procedure for the shorts to sell into the digestion of news, it is what they do because some still believe that they can look at red green and figure out the picture of what is going on, but you need to understand that they are just borrowing shares from a long that is not selling and they sell them, SSDD

They Be In Trouble Folks
Little Bitty short guy has $1,000 to make his killing in the market, Broker will let him have another $1,000 so he has $2,000. The maximum money that he can make is $2,000. So he makes his big play borrows 500 shares and sold them at 4 Bucks, the broker is holding that money $2,000. If they cover 500 shares at $8 that is $4,000. Folks that is a complete loss of the original investment Plus $3,000 smackaroonies.

Now there are many that took $100k they are now in a situation where if they exit they lose that plus $300,000.

I’m sure there are some that did it with $1 Million, they are on the hook for $4 million.
As info guys there are 22 Million short Now, Average days on loan is 111.

Starting January 1st at that time there were about 19 million with average duration of 30 days and about 400 loans the price was about $4.

Now 22 Million average duration of 111 Days and about 700 total loans (Lil guys)
So what happened was Mr’ Biggety Big short guy managed to off load many of his shares and Mr. lil guy picked them up.

Most of them were are short at about $5. Current 8 Bean price is Not good for the shorts, that is one hell of a haircut.

As info there were about 6 Million shares shorted when the price was from $20 to $7 those guys made a smart move, But they have rope a doped the other shorts into Joining in but Lightwave has new buyers coming is as fast as they can short. That is not a situation they like because at 22 Million we are still in the $8 area. 90% of the shorts are in deep doodoo, but they will not give up, only Lebby or the Institutions can force their hand. The institutions still need more, they are talented and have the mullah to play with.

Just looked at the price 77k on the buy side and 85k on the sell. No long is going to sell because a new board member joined.
That is very low volume just watch what happens then the buy/sell flips the other way. Remember there are 22 MILLION that they must buy back to close out those positions.

That is why the shorrts are posting whatever they can, here is an example of the issues Vs what happened
OK so here is what the shorts said over the years trying to deter investors and promote shorting.

The shorts had worked for months to try and convince investors that Lightwave had a problem poling. Then low and behold Lightwave just unveiled 2 patents they submitted years ago.

The shorts claimed for years Lightwave could not protect the device in anything other than a gold box, then Lightwave unveiled an ALD patent that they had acquired. Basically, hair spray over the finished chip is all that is needed. The foundries are using the same thing over the electronics side of the chip. Prrrrfect Batman, Perfect.
Understand that even if someone else invents an EO Polymer Lightwave Owns the Patent on ALD over Polymers. Comprende?

Shorts said that Lightwave could never get this under 1 volt, well Lightwave did, in fact Lightwaves polymer is so sensitive that their modulators can function without the aid of driver to boost the voltage. Oh and by the way, Lightwave also owns the patent on a driverless Polymer Modulator. Even if someone perfects an EO polymer when the try direct drive, they have to come knocking on Lightwaves door with cash in hand.

For the 6 months leading up to the annual shareholder meeting the shorts stated Lightwave could not close a commercial deal all the while the shorts borrowed and sold an additional 4 million shares trying to convince some that the sky was falling and once again Lebby delivered.

For months the shorts said Lightwave could not use anything other than gold on their electrodes, well guess the F what, yup, once again (at the shareholders meeting) Lebby put up a slide of successful foundry runs when asked if the contacts labeled AL on the slide stood for Aluminum Lebby said “yes, we use that any many other materials as well”. I asked about aluminum corrosion, the response was, X (you idiot) that is what the ALD will also protect.

The Shorts were trying to convince longs that the foundry had not made progress on PDK’s, Lebby certainly blew them out of the water on that as well. As info PDK’s are process development kits, it is how the foundries make Lightwaves devices available to the public so when an NVDA’s, Amazon (AWS), Cisco or Fujitsu is designing they can check that box and add that to their device in the foundry.

The shorts are worried folks and it is obvious that whomever they get their info from is consistently years behind in making up issues that had in fact already been solved.

Lightwave is finally at the stage where they have the patents in place, leased additional lab space, hired additional lab personnel for making larger quantities of perkinamine, (a few fluid ounces can make thousands of devices) the new lab will be also to test larger quantities of chips coming back from foundries, work on new polymers for additional devices (currently they have 4 polymers that are available) produce data sheets, standardize bulk testing they have even hired a dedicated deal maker, oh also a V.P. dedicated just to working with foundries that are both actively running wafers and at the head of the line ready to do their first run.

This thing will in fact snowball because the industry's "go to" good old silicon photonics has hit a wall and it simply needs to run faster. Lightwaves material when added applied to Silicon trips the speed and because it is so sensitive it is 30times smaller and uses 1/10 the power all at a time when AI is pushing the amount of data processed by the data centers through the roof.

Lightwave makes the thing that makes the component better anyone communicating using fiber optics needs it, the entire industry needs it. Think if BASF produces a chemical that makes paint last longer. Why would the paint manufacture tell its competitors what makes their paint so durable. Lightwave is going partner with many and they will simply sell devices that are faster and require less energy, those companies are not going to tell the competition what they do to make that happen.

The shorting situation will be solved by additional Partnerships and look out when those Partnerships are accompanied by a dividend in a new 3rd party company licensing say the ability to develop the lydar device market, wham short situation solved in short order. Remember that currently they are only talking about Telcom 2km to 10km market but there are so many more.

So there will multiple waves going forward of groups that will “get it” and as the word spreads the word will spread like the area of a wild fire Jumping hills and valley in a 50mph wind.

Which groups you ask.

The Green crowd ESG group, so This is a no brainer for them but what they may not understand is that when you process 3 times the data at 1/10 the power the savings is not just an order of magnitude but processing 3 times the data with an order of magnitude less power.

IT Datacom crowd, No Brainer there

Biotech Crowd think of all the uses the Medical Field has for something that is 30 times smaller! As info Lightwaves modulator footprint is 1mm x 1mm while todays modulators are about the size of an index finger, your finger nail is about 12mm wide! 1mm x 1mm with 3 times the speed using less than 1 volt.

LIDAR So many uses and each have their own crowd from Automotive to manufacturing to climate modeling.
