YOU said it was going to happen May 30th! Another deadline gone by.

The Court of Appeals looks like it is of the opinion that FINRA officers are very much like ALJ's and they need to be appointed to their positions by the President. Read the opinion filed by the judge.

This could go to SCOTUS eventually. Will probably be YEARS before we see any judgement against Alpine!
