Shell games man.... I know you know this. Dude has done absolutely nothing other than send a couple emails. Now he will pay an attorney to create your fairy tale subsidiary.... then tweet about how great meetings are going... "updates.... soooooon".
Then...... poof. Not a damn thing. He will pretend NONE of it happened and start whispering his next pump to his lapdogs.

Imo there will NEVER EVER be a phase 1. This is just another toxic scam company run by an incompetent fool. He's been good at bagging noobs though got to give him that.
