If a combo is written , any form of substitution is clearly infringement on the REDUCE IT patents, be it another combo or individually dispensed medications . SO either REDUCE IT patents are negated or there can be no legal substitution. Because the ACA (Affordable Care ACT )requires that one drug in each category of the U.S. Pharmacopeia be covered and since Vascepa is the only drug with this formulation that is patented they will be legally required to cover it
