Directors (CFO, COO, MAIN ADVISOR, ETC.) quitting ALSO verifies how much of a SCAM this is and they want NO part of it...

There are only 10 billion shares total that can be issue there are about 2.9 billion already issue so even under the perfs shares you can not issuer any more then 7.1 billion more
