This is a company that only went public to raise funds from the public . They had a developmental business that never took off. When LB came in, I’m sure he believed that with his investment banking experience he could squeeze blood out of a turnip. Again no functioning businesses. Revenue is really an afterthought here imo.

The 13 preferred stockholders control this stock anyways. I think they can convert into 12+ billion common shares. Those preferred shareholders contributed money at one time and all 13 have been left holding a bag so far. They raised money left and right thru private offerings , and as of 3/31/23 they show a balance of $7800.

The question is at what point do the increase the authorized shares or do a reverse split ?
