Good point Hank, I did not think of that possibility but it may be a big factor in the backlog.

That is doubtful unless LG intended to deceive and at this point a reasonable person in his position knows or should know that investors are hanging on his every word for want of other information.

Saying there is a backlog would mean, to any investor, that present manufacturing cannot keep up with demand from paying customers.

That is different from saying that there is a big market of patients who are aware of DCVax-L but have to do without until they get charity or approval comes and insurers start reimbursing for DCVax-L.

If LG wants to use backlog in a different way he could say “We have a backlog of about —- patients due to manufacturing bandwidth and about of —- who have applied but are still raising funds.” Naturally if all patients are able to be treated the he can eliminate the first part.
