It may have felt locked up but it wasn’t. Had there been a spike in pps and you wanted or NEEDED to sell, you were able to.
If they issue a dividend and it’s locked, that’s going to be a major turn off for people and cut down on the amount that will buy it for the dividend. You can’t sell regardless of what happens in that case.
Personally going to be pissed if they put any kind of selling restriction on these.
