zj3001... The only way it could be considered a RS is if the ENZC SP flatlines at .0001. I don't see that happening.

Foxi, that doesn't make any sense. If Clone 3 is the Cure, it's a Trillion dollar evaluation minimum. It's Apple. Then pile on everything else.. Just look at ITV-1 to start and all the companies that will want to license it.

SAGA investors are getting 10% or maybe 5% later. I don't see any way that they sold all the tech. My Shark Tank example is as simple as it gets, and I hope that's it.

IF they sold everything to SAGA, why did the PR say we will own 90% plus? I would think it would have said ENZC sold all technology to SAGA, there would be no percentage listed, while a follow up PR would talk about the dividend.

They never said anything about the tech, just the subs that happen to currently contain the tech.

I can't wrap my head around a very educated leadership team GIVING AWAY all the technology for FREE, since there is no money being exchanged. That makes ZERO sense and would completely destroy the reputation of CC.

I think "to sale its two operating subsidiaries Biogenysis, Inc. (“BGEN”) and Virogentics, Inc. (“VIRO”) in a transaction valued at $450 million" is translated "To provide SAGA with 2 plug and play Companies with all the paperwork and tax documents and registrations with Delaware and blah blah blah"... SAGA can't produce any products as of now on it's own. With the 2 plug and play companies, they get 10% of all revenue going forward.

I don't think SAGA has leadership itself, the company will be jointly run by the ENZC leadership. The current placeholder CEO at SAGA probably leaves with warrants set lower than whatever the SP is at the close of the make whole period. I have no idea, never been through a SPAC deal.
