Here is why what you say is nonsensical (a favorite word on the board). While companies with those vested interests would benefit by stopping NW, there are hundreds of other companies that would love to put Merck out of business. This is like saying that companies who make manual cash registers would be able some how to keep the newly invented transistor off the market.

Exactly, but “the process” already bought them 10 years to start making the transition which many did not take seriously. Some have made adjustments and diversified pretty well. Others are obviously readying to partner even if the announcement is not on the front pages yet. Linda understands the consequences and Dr. Ashkan does too but still wants this ASAP for his patients. If a better pathway for limited access would have been made back in 2012 there would have been better preparations made which might have allowed advances towards approval to happen more quickly while still giving all parties sufficient time to be prepared. BP can see plain as day the P3 is a joke and they actually have experience getting drugs approved, unlike NWBO. They know damn well the ECA is a non-starter for many reasons already outlined by the oncologists who were not involved in the trainwreck. You know, the ones attacked continuously here. Since that’s fair game I’ll point out Liau has already failed on part of the Hippocratic Oath:

Unfortunately and sadly most longs believe this is true as there is too much circumstantial evidence to dispute. Should a cure ever materialize that would eliminate the need for surgery, getting approval will be like getting Congress to approve term limits.
