Always make me wonder when good-as-gold OTCs can't find financing, despite meeting w/ several investment funds looking to put money to work in OTC.

Dilution will continue for sure - the only source of funding is share issuance.

If you're a believer, you won't care.

Others will continue to watch as O/S balloons from 1B this year, possibly to 2B next.
