Sharp the Litigious little guy (I hear Sharp is almost 14 hands tall) never files his frivolous lawsuits in Federal Court. They wouldn't put up his nonsense.

Oh, Foote and Sharp can't run from Federal Court - after Discovery the Justice Department might be very interested in Sharp.

If Foote and Sharp ran - the Plaintiffs would file for summary Judgement and it would be granted.

This is going to be fun.
