Les did a great job. He doesn't have a PhD but one doesn't need an academic background to raise hundreds of millions to fund a clinical trial.

True, however he did get the effective notions across in layman’s terms that can be processed by the general public.

He also plainly stated that drugs that have proven ineffective against a cancer on their own could potentially contribute to efficacy in combination with DCVax!

Les needs to know the DNA is the code for the peptides and proteins, not the proteins themselves. He also needs to know…. nevermind. He got the just of things, but scientists would cringe at his explanations. He really needs a script. Anyway, at least he made it through to the end. Scientists will probably chuckle, and go back to the JAMA article and Dr. Bosch ASCO video to straighten out their own understanding.

It reflects an update of sorts, albeit not technically a public one, he did, in vague fashion, provide some updates.

The http link below works. Les begins at 24 min. He’s slow talking but well worth hearing even the description of how DCs works. At the end he states they have 1.7 mill pages of application which they are reviewing before application to 4 countries with UK being the first. Les made clear that they go from application to commercialization, with no comment of doubt. He made a significant comment about backlogs at Sawston for DCVax and how UK has allowed them to sell the treatment before approval. It sounds like the application is all together and in the review stage . Well worth hearing with your own eats! Also at the end, Les talks about teaming up with other businesses and it being about how much they will pay us….

Interesting points during the Big Biz Show with Les Goldman, VP of $NWBO. Thanks for the link

?“Dendritic cell…bigger thing than our inventors realized at the time…it’s the artificial intelligence of our immune system"
?We are in the processs of finalizing our applications (plural)
?First application is to the MHRA
?MAA 1.7m pages long, 27 modules
?“Applying to other places that gave us permission to do the trial. Four different countries including the UK, including Canada, including Germany…filing in order…" (4th country is not named, but I assume the USA)
?Dealing with issues related to depressed stock price
?DCVax-L combined with other products (that have no efficacy on their own) enhance the results. Les stated re: combos “we will be doing plenty of that as well”
?Referenced some trial in the works with prostrate cancer (not sure if referencing old trial plans)
?Will you take it to the finish line or will a bigger company come in and take over? Question at end was very interesting - my take, they are looking to partner/licensee with multiple suitors in different areas
Bullish

Hoff re; litigation strategy—-would you think the time period between litigants final and submitted MTD arguments, and MTD decision, is a settlement window?
It seems to me it would be but having MAA in hand can be the most important factor affecting settlement timing and $$.
