Why do you believe that there will be a dividend from ENZC? Why would SAGA give ENZC $450M in stock for two worthless companies Virogentics and Biogenysis.
Clone 3 has been pumped since 1996. And big pharma hasn't tried to acquire ENZC or license one of the Patents which are now assigned to The Zhabilov Trust.
The dividend is more pinkyland wishful thinking.

There is a great deal to file before there is a dividend.
