I understand your point, but after studying case studies like this in the past, it doesn't look good for the defendant, IMPO. So, if NWBO's legal team has their day in court, both the jury and the judge would be subject to full discloser. In past cases, both the jury and the judge have sided with the little guy in this case NWBO, the plaintiff, IMPO.
