True retail cannot put in a trade of 5 or 6 digits and Etrade told me that they don't put in trades at 5 or 6 digits.. I have confirmed with Etrade that those numbers are simply averages or the 5 or 6 transaction that it may take to fill and order. Some may go off at .0034 and some at .0035 and the computer simply averages them out. That's what Etrade told me. I cannot find any SEC reg that allows anyone to put in a trade at more than 4 places.
