Here is an image from my trading platform with red clear language that shows that traders are not allowed to submit trades that are more than 4 decimals. Common shareholders cannot submit orders (buys or sells) below $1 that are more than 4 decimals...


So.. common shareholders do not have the ability to trade in 5 or 6 digit trades. MM's, short/manipulators do though....

So- no proof, eh?
