But to be wrong 365 days per year--for 2 + years--then state being correct 1 day out of 700 days is being right 99% of the time. That is not really how that works

If the broken clock is right 2 times per day--and that is the only 2 times you look at the broken clock--that does not equate to broken clock being right 100% of the time. Nice spin but--N O
