There is definitely some buying still going on here, even after substantial price appreciateion over the last couple of weeks. It usually means someone knows, or thinks they know, something big is happening.

What we do know is that the CEO has bought shares after the last two quarterly reports were released, and there is only one reason the CEO, who already owns/controls about 80% of the shares, would buy.
