BECAUSE the NEED for TREASURY - GOV to collect all of the SPSA is not chiseled in granite

1. GOV can - I strongly believe it can (did not say it would) declare SPSA as measured by LP $ amount fully paid ---- as amount sent from F and F far exceeds the cash to F and F --- so it has financial logic and PR cover

2. WTS can be part of some exchange -- announced to public with much shouting.
GOV 1. We got 300 on the 200
GOV 2. We saved them (F and F) and under our management they got lean and mean
GOV 3. So in ADD to the 300 v 200 PROFIT already made - we will issue WTS for 4B shares at $25 each (cap total shares at 5 or 6B) and that extra money will kick the deficit and debt down by 100B - or will - with Congress approval - support a bunch of needed stuff

3. Overall - some of us wish or think or wish that the dollar value of LP is not a # - barrier - to freedom at current value and can be reduced and reduced and maybe taken to zero - if TREAS wants and finds value in doing so (value being WTS with 5-6B shares capped are super valuable if exercises - yet do not dilute current anywhere near what SPSA dilution would do)
