Thanks for the clarification but as of July 2023, it looks like CoreLogic property valuation represents a price of $294,900.00 for the TSOI Idaho land! Up she goes!
Concerning the $269K spent on the property. That is what we know of up to now. He's been selling shares again and we heard something about him heading back up there, just before the forum went dark. Didn't he say there was a lot of work to do up there? Road building and such? Hmmm, no wonder all those new shares got added. But, the retirement property is going to look GREAT!
