Investing in a penny, bottoming and technically ripe to move up, as XERI has, and based on nothing reasonable about the company that has multiple times defaulted on millions of debt, on JVs, abandoned products, abandoned deals, yet then as claimed investment basis includes public promotion about the success of the company, is just the bullshit it is.
