Objectively speaking a big investor feeling the need to move to an activist position to unlock value is by no means 100% an endorsement of NWBO management. By activist and in an investing context Bigger means demanding a say in how NWBO is run that is greater than the typical investor. This would only make sense if he believed that NWBO management was not going to unlock the full value of this technology without help and that the model of governance currently in place potentially needed to change.
